Fractional ownership seaside developments offering apartments along the Mediterranean, fractional ownership villas clustering around new golf courses and individuals seeking co owners for old Spanish houses in the more rustic regions.

We are keeping a close eye on the larger ex timeshare developers as we know many among them see France as the best new market Where timeshare was a nono, fractional ownership is a big yes.

Hopefully better planning controls will save us from the concrete cliffs that now stand between Spain and the sea.
